Allie Mroczka
Hello! I am a senior from Scottsdale, Arizona and I’m so excited to be working and sharing my passion of the retail industry with all the talented students on the board as well as the corporate partners. As a student in the professional program I have been given the opportunity to be exposed to every aspect of the retailing industry and could not imagine being better prepared for life after graduation than I am now! This summer I interned at Myla London, the high-end lingerie designer, as the press assistant in London, England. It was a wonderful experience being exposed to international business and England’s way of doing things! Prior to senior year I was the on-campus intern with Victoria’s Secret PINK and was the 2009-2010 recipient of the John Bruhn and Clara Memorial Scholarship awarded from the College of Family and Consumer Sciences as well as am very proud and thankful to be the 2010 recipient of the Gordon Brothers Scholarship.
I have accepted a full time position with Dicks Sporting Goods after graduation in their Merchandising Trainee Program and am looking forward to my move to Pittsburgh and extremely anxious to get started! I feel like I have found my perfect match! Go Steelers! In addition to Dicks Sporting Goods, I am excited to continue to represent Gordon Brothers and E&J Gallo!
