Julie Gundrum
I am fully confident the Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing is preparing me for what lies to come in the ever-changing world of retail through its incredible networking resources, talented staff and competitive atmosphere. My name is Julie Gundrum and I am a senior honors student graduating in December 2010. This is my fifth semester on the Terry J. Lundgren Center Student Advisory Board. I am proud to represent Corporate Advisory Board partners Deloitte Consulting, Strategic Mindshare and Dick’s Sporting Goods. The Student Advisory Board has supplied vast opportunities of growth for me as a leader and as a professional. Belonging to the Retailing and Consumer Sciences program has opened several doors for me that would not have been possible otherwise. I have spent my last two summers interning in New York City for Polo Ralph Lauren and Club Monaco in Compensation and Visual Merchandising, respectively. I am also the 2010 recipient of the Polo Ralph Lauren Scholarship and
Terry J. Lundgren Leadership award. I look forward to making
the most of my educational experience in my last semester here
at the University of Arizona!
